CLTatum & Associates Behavioral Healthcare is a mental health clinic that provides in-office, in-home, Telehealth counseling and psychotherapy services. Our team of experienced and licensed therapists work closely with our clients to provide personalized treatment plans that cater to their individual needs. CLTatum has a 35 year background with Arizona adults, youth & their family members. Cindy Tatum-Shipley is the founder and lead therapist at CLTatum & Associates Behavioral Healthcare. She is a licensed clinical social worker with over 35 years of experience in the field of mental health. Cindy Tatum-Shipley specializes troubled youth and their family members.  She has authored numerous programs to deal with the needs of adolescents and young adults. Her most passionate desire is to provide young people with the knowledge and skills needed to make healthy choices that will lead to a bright and promising future.

Craig Orsini has over 20 years working with teens and their family members.  His career began with the Maricopa County Juvenile Court Center in 1995.  He enjoys working with adolescents and shows the ability to connect with the most difficult and problematic young clients.  He works well with older clients. He has the ability to introduce healthy coping skills that lead to a more joyful lifestyle.   He has a friendly and jovial manner of counseling, not too serious, he just wants you to rise to the height of happiness you deserve.

Gordon Gray is a licensed professional therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. He specializes in adolescents and adults with alcohol and substance addiction, PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues and Trauma. With his multiple accreditations and experience, Gordon uses unique treatment styles to help empower his clients to make better choices and accept their incredible individuality.

Pamela Roessler provides Telehealth therapy for all areas in Arizona. She is Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist with over 25 years’ experience working in the counseling field. Her goal is to provide a safe, effective, client specific, and supportive space. Working with individuals, families, and couples, utilizing a collaborative and integrative approach. This approach may include, but is not limited to, elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical-behavioral therapy, family systems, body somatic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, aiming to embrace each persons' unique experiences and individuality.

Nicole Outlaw is a 2022 Graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of Arizona. She completed her clinical internship at Lifeline Professional Counseling and Life Coaching 4 Kids Center. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and has facilitated both group therapy and marriage counseling. Nicole works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and compulsive behavior, as well as helping clients face relationship, marriage, and parenting challenges. She tailors her theoretical approach to the needs of each individual client or family; however, she primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Rosa Molinar is a bilingual English-Spanish clinician with experience in Domestic Violence, Depression, and Grief. Rosa has experience working with court mandated client from the Department of Child Safety. Rosa has also experience providing out-patient and in-patient treatment. Rosa has previously worked for Aurora Behavioral Health Services, Jewish Family and Children’s Services, and Track House Life. Rosa has a master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University and is licensed in the state of Arizona. Rosa enjoys working with adults, older adults, couples, woman, and adolescents. Rosa uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Brief Therapy.
